On Saturday 11th February, Small Axe owner and executive chef, Adam Pruckner is running a cooking class at Brunswick Kitchen. Aperitivo is a cultural ritual, meant to ‘open the stomach’ before your meal.
Chef Adam will be cooking a seasonal Sicilian menu that can be easily replicated at home for your own aperitivo, or as wonderful additions to your meals.
